To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The reason for return must be valid and fall under our acceptable return conditions

  • The return request must be raised within the specified return period (as informed at the time of purchase)


Valid Conditions & Reasons for Return or Replacement

A product may be eligible for return or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Delivery of a defective or damaged product

  • Product delivered with missing parts or accessories

  • Incorrect product information or misleading description

Note:
Product fabric or color may slightly vary due to fabric unavailability or screen/display differences. Such variations are considered normal and may not qualify for return.


Conditions Where Return / Replacement Warranty Does Not Apply

Return or replacement requests will not be accepted under the following situations:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper use

  • Accidental or incidental damage after delivery

  • Consumable items that have been used, installed, or altered

  • Products with tampered, removed, or missing serial numbers/tags

  • Damage caused by water, wet floors, wet walls, or liquid spillage

  • Any defect or damage not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

  • Orchid Furnishers reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return or replacement.

  • Final decisions regarding returns, replacements, or refunds will be made by Orchid Furnishers based on inspection results.
